Our Story
Royal Motors was founded by Robi Zaldeti in January 2010, opening its first location in Kissimmee, FL. Robi grew up around cars, working alongside his father in South Florida, who also owned a European auto repair shop. By age 16, Robi was working full-time as a technician, and today — at 49 years old — he brings decades of hands-on experience to every repair. With a second location added in Winter Garden in 2020, Royal Motors has grown while still holding onto the same personal touch it was built on.
A Legacy of European Auto Repair
From summers spent in the shop as a teenager instead of going to camp, Robi has lived and breathed the automotive trade his entire life. His father instilled not just the skills, but also the values of integrity, precision, and customer care that still guide Royal Motors today. That family foundation continues to shape the way we do business, blending technical expertise with personalized service.
Our Team and Workplace
At Royal Motors, we’re proud of our loyal, experienced staff. Unlike shops with high turnover, our team members stay with us because we value their input and create an environment where they can thrive. Our newest technician has been with us for a year, while others have been part of our family for nearly a decade. We believe listening to our staff and maintaining a supportive workplace leads to better repairs, better service, and happier customers.
Family at the Core
Robi’s wife, Lisa, helps manage both shops and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Their oldest son, Joey, works as the service advisor at the Winter Garden location. Their daughter has built a career as a dental assistant, and their youngest son, currently finishing high school, has already worked summers in the shop with plans to join full-time. Family is woven into everything we do — and that same spirit extends to how we treat our customers.
Life Beyond the Shop
Outside of work, Robi enjoys time with his wife and three adult children. Whether it’s boating, relaxing by the pool, heading to the beach, or riding his Harley when the weather cools down, he values the balance of family and recreation. That sense of joy and balance carries into the way he runs Royal Motors, creating a shop where both staff and customers feel welcome.
